Mai 2012 (Dienstag) hält Prof. Samuel Graham vom Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta (USA) einen Workshop zu den Themen "Structure and Deposition Techniques of Barrier Films" (Part I: 10:30-12:00 Uhr) und "Characterization Methods for Barrier Films" (Part II: 14:00-16:00 Uhr).
